The Heart and Hope Program
Mothers and Caregivers are the heart of the family—holding everything together with strength, care, and unconditional love. When a mother or caregiver is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, the entire family feels the impact. Routines are disrupted, emotional stability is shaken, and the financial strain can become overwhelming.
At Celebrate for Good, we believe no mother or caregiver should face this journey alone. Your donation helps provide critical financial and emotional support during these vulnerable moments—offering relief, restoring dignity, and keeping families connected when it matters most.

The 💛 Behind Heart and Hope
The Heart and Hope program was inspired by a devoted mom named Angie Pross — a woman whose quiet strength and fierce love for her children shaped everything she did.
Angie became a mother at a young age, and from the moment her daughter Avery was born, she found her true purpose. She poured everything she had into parenting, later raising two more children, Aidan and Julia, with her husband, Josh. Angie’s life revolved around her family. She worked hard, showed up every day with love and care, and held it all together — even when it got hard.
After the birth of her youngest, Angie began experiencing severe exhaustion. What was first thought to be postpartum fatigue turned out to be something far more serious: acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Still, she never gave up. Angie endured two stem cell transplants and enrolled in a clinical trial that required her to move to Houston — a painful sacrifice, as it meant being separated from her children. Even from a hospital bed, Angie stayed deeply involved in every detail of their lives — from school schedules to mealtime routines. Her love never wavered.
Angie passed away in October 2024 after a long, brave fight. But her story — and her love — lives on through Heart and Hope.
This program exists to honor Angie’s legacy by supporting women like her: mothers and caregivers facing life-threatening illness who need help staying afloat. Heart and Hope provides emergency financial assistance for essentials like housing, groceries, and childcare — so these women can focus on what matters most: healing, and being there for the people who need them.
Because no mother should have to choose between fighting for her life and providing for her family.

🫶How It Works
Heart and Hope Program
Mom’s (caregivers) in need can apply for funding through our program by submitting an application that outlines their specific needs and estimated costs. A designated family member or friend may also apply on their behalf if they are unable.
Applications should clearly outline how the funds will be utilized to ensure a fair assessment of their request.
Some examples of what funds can be used for are:
Childcare or household assistance during treatment
Emergency financial support (rent, utilities, medical expenses, etc.)
Transportation services to doctors’ appointments
Meal and grocery delivery services
