Founder and President, Shannon Fuller
Shannon was born and raised in the California Bay Area. She relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2013 with her husband Geoff and Daughters Camryn and Claire. She’s also a Mom to dogs Charlie and Lucy.
Shannon has a BA in Leadership in the Public Sector (magna cum laude) from NC State University.
Shannon is an experienced IT Leader with over 30 years of experience in Leadership, Customer Success, IT Service Delivery, Project Management, and Operations with a proven track record for building teams and delivering results.
Shannon has volunteered and held several board positions including Leesville Road HS Dance Ensemble and Military Missions in Action.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys hot yoga, playing tennis, and socializing with friends.
Secretary, Casey Rainey
Casey is originally an Arkansas native but moved to North Carolina in 2000 with her husband Patrick and daughter Carson.
Casey is a successful, self-taught, entrepreneur and licensed cosmetologist in the beauty industry with 18 years of experience. She has owned and operated Beauty Works, Inc. since 2005 and has a passion for people and cultivating community.
Casey is dedicated to meeting people where they are and believes that everyone deserves compassion and to be empowered in all stages of their lives. Casey has volunteered and held board positions in many organizations in the last 23 years living in NC.
Organizations include The Look Good Real Better Program-Rex Hospital (volunteer), Leesville Road School PTA K-12 (board positions & committee chairs), Women's Center of Raleigh (volunteer), and Springdale Rec Club (board positions & committee chairs).
In her downtime Casey enjoys time with family and friends, chasing her fur babies (Hank, Remi, and grand-dog Ruby) traveling, playing tennis, and outdoor time working in her yard.
Treasurer, Geoff Fuller
Geoff Fuller is a native Californian who had a successful career in sales and landscaping before moving to NC. He is the owner and operator of Fuller Landscape Company (FLC), and has over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry. Over the last 5 years, FLC has been serving customers in the Raleigh Triangle area.
Geoff has volunteered and held several board positions including Pinecrest Park HOA and Springdale Area Recreation Club.
Geoff is a die-hard 49er fan and in his spare time, you will find him watching football and working on home projects at his lake house.
